TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
By shopping Online with Mwanaka Fresh Farm Foods, you are assured of saving time and energy which (time and energy) you can use for other things.
All our goods directly comply with the selling Laws and Regulations of the UK, Wales and Scotland.
We are able to deliver our goods to most addresses in the UK, Wales and Scotland and will notify you and give reasons if we are not able to deliver to your address.
The products listed above are generally regularly in stock. However, some, especially agricultural products, are seasonal and may not be available when you make your order.
We shall let you know if the product, for whatever reason, is not available so that you make a decision to go ahead purchasing the other products without the one not available.
When you make your order, we request and expect you to let us know the address of the location to which the product(s) are to be delivered. We will then provide you with information of the expected time of delivery by third party delivery service.
We expect you to ensure that someone is present at the address you have provided to receive the delivery. In the even that order is not recieved due to failure to collect, your order may be become void due to health and safety regulations regarding the preservation of any meat or poultry products.
Mwanaka Fresh Farm Foods shall not accept responsibility of damage to your products when delivered or for missed deliveries.
If possible, and with your consent, the delivery driver shall leave your delivery in a secure place or at your neighbours address in the event that you are not able to receive the parcel at the address you initially provided. Please specify the neighbour’s door number and name of the receiver in the notes section when placing your order.
Dispatching of orders shall be carried out 24 to 48 hours after ordering, except orders made after 5pm on Fridays, weekends and public holidays. These orders may be subject to a delay in delivery and will be dispatched on the next working day.
COSTS AND PAYMENT
The standard cost of delivery is £16.50 per 30kg, however if your purchase happens to exceed the maximum weight limit of 30kg, you will be subject to an additional charge of £16.50 (the cost of an additional package). This is calculated at the weight of another single package with the maximum weight capacity of 30kg
Payment shall be done securely online using MasterCard or Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card and Paypal.
To avoid unnecessary inconveniences, make sure there are enough funds in your account.
If there is an anomaly on the goods, please contact our customer services on 01992 765 668 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any claim should be made within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
A refund can be made upon our receipt of your request provided that visual evidence is received by us. You will then receive a refund to the amount of your affected order products, this will be deposited to your account of purchase within 3 -7 workings days depending on your bank and or account provider.
If you decide to cancel your order, we request that you inform us within 12 hours after you order. Failure to give adequate notice of your cancellation may result in your order still being charged.
